This cast iron bank is in excellent working condition, and it's from the 1880's! It is antique, all original, and NOT a repro! The coin gets placed on the roof edge, and when the lever is pulled, the man rotates and kicks the coin down the slot. The paint is all original, but is worn off in some areas, as it is quite old. (See pictures) The bottom of the bank is marked "PATD JUNE 1885" and on the cover of the bottom "PATD FEB 2 1815".
