The front of the case has a round paper decal, that says (speedmatic 508 featuring the new KICK PROOF CLUTCH.) As you can see in the pictures the cord has a ground wire, with the clip thing-and on the saw there are directions telling you, to use this.It has different directions in several places. Even on the inside of the carrying case, were it instructs you to grease every week and keep the blade sharp. I have not tried to clean the saw or the case. And there is quite a bit of information on it, so if anyone has any questions, I would be happy to answer them. I may not have got a picture of external oil resivoir so I thought I might mention that in case it helps a collector to identify it. Because of the fact that it says to use the ground wire I have never plugged it in. But if someone reading this requests it I would be willing to plug it in,if you have knowledge on such a cord, and explain hooking up the ground wire to the recepticle. Also what you see around the middle of the blade is the paper description of the blade    There is also an attachment, and a wrench that I assume are original.     You may notice the blade sits on the side of the saws table.
