It is a wall mounted dispenser that has a round metal ring base that has the mounting part and a glass dome fits on top of this mounting ring. The chrome colored metal ring has Vortex Cups on the front and is stamped on the base Dixie - Vortex Company Made in USA Parent RE 17664. Stamped on the side of the holder is "Dispenser No. 8254 Designed Expressly for the use of Vortex Cups Dixie Cup Co Chicago Ill Easton Pa USA". The dispenser has the original mounting bracket. The opening for the cups is 2 3/8 inches across. The glass dome fits inside the mounting rim and turns in the base to lock in place. The dome part is about 12 1/2 inches tall.
